Gabriel Heinze

Gabriel is the President and Head of OD and LD at Insights Beacon. Accountant (from UBA), Coach with NLP, Gestalt training and Certified MBTI Practitioner. He has led international teams in planning, financial analysis and project management for over 18 years in multinational companies, like American Express, mainly in FL and NY, USA. He possesses solid experience in OD consulting and training, as well as in teaching at university in subjects of Management, as well as Finance.
His strengths include driving results, training, creative analysis, rapport and leadership, and development of multicultural teams. He is based both in the US and Argentina, and provides consulting and training services across the Americas.

Juan is the Head of Organizational and Process Optimization. MBA with extensive experience in leadership, gained in American Express and diverse consulting firms, focused on organizational efficiency and the leadership of teams dedicated to analyzing, designing and implementing major improvements on organizational structures and processes.
His main strengths include team development, achievement of aggressive goals in challenging scenarios, across different locations and cultures, which have resulted in the implementation of initiatives with high impact on employees and their activities.

Leadership Teams Development

What we do

We put together a diagnostic of the team environment and effectiveness, through existing elements and/or different proven methodologies, focused on a diverse spectrum of aspects, like communication, leadership, teamwork, decision-making, among others. We also support the team in the design of action plans that positively impact their leadership and environment, thus channeling their energy in those key strong areas to continue to build on and those to be improved upon.

Deliverable

A report that reflects the current situation in the organization or team, displaying strengths and areas of opportunity regarding different aspects of the team’s experience. We then have a team session to go over the findings and help the team put together an action plan which will then have a positive impact in the team’s climate, their productivity and the organization’s performance.

Knowing the current state of affairs in terms of the team’s effectiveness, which allows them to identify the priority areas on which to base an effective action plan. What we do

We have different strategies to develop talent via workshops, seminars and training sessions which span across several key areas of leadership, and the different levels within the organization, including a program for new leaders’ development. We utilize innovative dynamics with allow people to acquire new skills, as well as develop the current ones and those still unidentified. To achieve this, we use tests, indicators and tools such as the MBTI®, TKI®, NLP, Coaching, Karpman triangle, among others.

What we do

We design and improve organizations’ structure, improve process flows, make recommendations on technological solutions and manage their implementation. We perform capacity planning analysis, identifying gaps, recommending changes to balance the volume of work, thus, avoiding bottlenecks and unnecessary stocks. We also lead outsourcing and insourcing processes, and volume migration between different locations.

En la actualidad las empresas utilizan los tableros de control o ‘dashboards’ para llevar a cabo procesos de gestión decisivos como son:

    Perspectivas

    Basado en las Teorías de Personalidad de Carl Jung, el Indicador de Tipo MyersBriggs (MBTI®) es la herramienta de personalidad más confiable y respetada en el mundo con más de 70 años de investigación y desarrollo, y se administra anualmente a más de cuatro millones de personas en el mundo.

    Entender mis preferencias y cómo ellas impactan mis acciones, elecciones, relacionamiento y toma de decisiones, entre otras, así también como el entendimiento de las preferencias de los demás, me ayudará a mejorar mi comunicación y la forma de llegar al otro.

    No existen tipologías buenas ni malas, cada Tipo tiene sus fortalezas y sus puntos ciegos. Estar consciente de ambos, me servirán para ser más efectivo.

    El MBTI ayuda a equipos y sus integrantes a entender sus diferencias, y a utilizar esa diversidad para mejorar la comunicación, la consecución de objetivos, la toma de decisiones más efectivas, los estilos de liderazgo, la resolución de conflictos, el manejo de relaciones y del cambio, y los disparadores de stress.

    Se administra a través de un test online y una sesión de aprendizaje y aplicación con un facilitador certificado.
